Return & Exchange Policy

If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, just reach out to our friendly customer support team via our Contact Us page. We’re here to help and will work with you to find a resolution that suits you.

Please note:

  • If your item arrives damaged, has missing parts, doesn’t fit, or you received the wrong item — we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost, and in most cases, you won’t need to return the original.


Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@luggiv.com.

If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund.

If it has already been dispatched, we’ll guide you on the next steps.


Order Changes

Need to update your order?

Please email us at hello@luggiv.com with your order number and request. We’ll do our best to help — but if the order has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to make changes.
